We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to measure page views and anonymous funnel events, including visits to date-specific availability pages, Continue actions, and redirects to ticket partners. Google Analytics may use cookies and receives the selected date, visit type, partner name, and technical browser information; it does not receive payment details from this site.

We also use the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel to count the custom checkout_continue event when a visitor presses Continue. The pixel may store the first-party __oppref attribution cookie after a ChatGPT ad click and sends the event name, page origin, timestamp, and privacy-preserving advertising attribution signals to OpenAI. We do not send payment details or customer contact fields with this event.

Independently of Google Analytics, our server keeps event and affiliate-click records in persistent storage. These records can include an anonymous browser-session id, selected date, visit type, provider, price, device category, referring site, and campaign parameters. Affiliate-click records also include available Google Analytics client/session identifiers and the client IP reported by our web proxy. We use exact affiliate tracking references to link confirmed partner sales to these clicks and include technical visitor details in internal sales reports. We send confirmed affiliate commission as a purchase event to Google Analytics using the existing Analytics identifiers; we do not send the IP address, customer contact details or payment details with this event. We do not store IP addresses in the analytics event file and we do not process card payments.
